Hi there, I'm John!

Hello and welcome. The root word of "education" comes from Latin, which means "to draw out that which is within". That is my approach to therapy. The process is about assisting you in the discovery of the strengths and abilities you have and assisting you in accessing new ones as the need arises.

My focus

We are all products of our environment, situations, and life's circumstances. The process of therapy begins with the understanding of how these various elements can impact one's life. I typically like to work with people who are seeking some sense of personal growth toward desiring a more fulfilling life.

My approach

I believe therapy is about engaging you where you are, in a spirit of understanding, acceptance, and without judgment. I believe strongly that you can grow and lead the life you choose. Our work will be about assisting you in cultivating this belief and the skills that will allow you to live the life you seek.
