Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I am dedicated to helping pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults cope with life transitions, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship issues.

My focus

I have extensive experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and provide affirming care for TGNC (trans and gender nonconforming). I treat attention deficit disorder (ADHD), anxiety, codependency, gender or sexual identity exploration, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship and interpersonal issues, self-esteem issues, and personality disorders.

I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy and work collaboratively with clients. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), holistic health, and psychodynamic approaches.
