Hi there, I'm Kyle!

I help clients navigate life's challenges to reach their goals. I view therapy as a unique journey we take together by exploring your strengths, addressing obstacles, and uncovering new possibilities. No two paths are the same, and I'm committed to walking alongside you to chart a course that supports your personal growth.

My focus

I work with adolescents and adults who are just trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed under the surface. I am most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation concerns, autism, stress, and life transitions, including work with LGBTQ+ clients.

My approach

Sometimes you need a skill to get through a difficult Tuesday; other times, you need space to understand why the same patterns keep returning. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and support meaningful change.
