My focus
I have experience working with adolescents and families, with a background in Functional Family Therapy, and currently working as a mental health professional in the school setting with high school students. Many of my clients come to me with issues related to grief, anxiety, depression, and stress management.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to help clients recognize their power and control in their daily lives as they learn to navigate their unique life paths.
