I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach to mental healthcare, integrating both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to support each client’s unique journey toward wellness.

My focus

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders with a combined therapy and medication management approach.
