I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and addiction. You may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of where to start. My job is to meet you right there with empathy, without judgment, and walk beside you on a path toward deeper understanding and self-compassion.
