My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist through my own experiences with chronic health challenges and anxiety. Those struggles shaped my desire to help others feel understood, supported, and empowered to regain clarity, hope, and control in their lives.

My goals for you

I collaborate with patients to help them identify and create their own goals. Together, we clarify what they want to achieve, break goals into manageable steps, and develop strategies that fit their needs, empowering them to take ownership of their progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we focus on getting to know each other in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space. I provide a safe environment where you can share openly, and together we begin exploring your concerns and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
