My journey to becoming a therapist has been fueled by a curiosity about people and a desire to help others navigate life's challenges. I'm passionate about understanding how we think, feel, and connect, and I find fulfillment in empowering others to heal and grow.

My goals for you

I believe that goal setting is a collaborative process. I work with my clients to identify their goals and aspirations, and then we develop strategies to achieve those goals. I also believe that it is important to set realistic and attainable goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation for our therapeutic relationship. I'll ask you questions about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and your goals for our work together. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences and concerns.
