My communication style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being honest, while also offering thoughtful feedback, gentle challenges, and practical guidance to help them feel understood, empowered, and supported in their growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a strong passion for helping people heal, grow, and feel understood. I was especially drawn to supporting women, adolescents, and young adults through anxiety, trauma, body image concerns, and major life transitions in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering.

My goals for you

I help clients identify meaningful, realistic goals based on what matters most to them. Together, we break those goals into manageable steps while building insight, coping skills, and confidence. I focus on creating progress that feels practical, sustainable, and aligned with each client’s values and needs.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and comfortable, while we begin identifying goals and next steps together.
