Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy is a brave act of self-care, and I am happy to offer support on your therapeutic journey. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what brings you to therapy and work together towards meaningful change.
My focus
I work well with attachment injuries and anxiety, as well as esteem issues complicated by perfectionism, troubled boundaries, and codependent patterns. I also have a specialized background and training in working with adult ADHD, more specifically, the unique challenges that can present in neurodiverse relational contexts.
My approach
Establishing a trusting connection that is supportive, where clients feel safe and motivated to engage in their therapeutic journey, is my essential goal. My approach to therapy is formulated by the uniqueness of the person and the environmental and familial systems within which they have developed.
