My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a PMHNP is deeply personal. I’ve seen addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and PTSD up close. I didn’t just learn about psychiatry in classrooms or textbooks; I learned from real people and real stories. I lived it, and it shapes how I care for patients.

My goal isn’t just to hand you a prescription. I want to understand what’s happening in your life and what’s standing in the way of your peace of mind. Mental health care should feel like teamwork. You bring your story, I’ll bring my experience, and together we’ll find what works.

Our first session

In your first session, I’ll get to know you, understand your goals, and clarify expectations. You’ll complete a brief intake form beforehand. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on progress that fits your life, and together we’ll build a trusting relationship.
