I work with people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relational distress, and PTSD. Working together, you develop insights and mind/body skills to use daily, helping you to live the best version of yourself.
My focus
I work with adults who feel that personal challenges are impeding their desired progress in life, including relationship issues, career goals, and self-image. Current problems may have roots in the past, and in addition to developing practical skills, we may use expressive therapies like imagery, art, and music to illuminate and work through them.
