Are you struggling with anxiety or relationship issues? I work with adolescents and adults, assisting with managing their anxiety, communication, life transitions, and support. I will work with you on creating a plan to manage your anxiety, build coping skills, and process past events.

I provide compassionate therapy services and will tailor my approach to meet your needs. I primarily utilize CBT and person-centered approaches. I believe providing a supportive and accepting environment can provide comfort while reframing our negative thought processes.

I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment that is supportive of your needs. I will actively listen and provide feedback. I enjoy a conversation-based approach that has the opportunity for reflection on life experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy started when my twin brother was anxious, depressed, and struggled with suicidal ideation. He attended outpatient therapy and was able to manage his negative thoughts. This experience showed me the power therapy has to help individuals. Helping my clients see positive change is something I strive for.

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your background and what led you to therapy. The therapy process takes time. You might feel nervous to get started, but I am here to help!
