My focus
I work best with clients who are open to exploring negative thinking and developing healthier strategies for managing stress. I also help clients gain insight into the origins of their unhelpful coping patterns, so they can move past these challenges and feel more empowered in their lives.
My approach
I will work collaboratively with you using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that may be contributing to depression or anxiety. Together, we will also develop skills to manage highly distressing situations in healthier, more effective ways.
