I'm so glad you're here. I believe wholeheartedly that every person deserves the opportunity to freely express themselves and gain helpful guidance while feeling heard, understood, and cared for. My most common focus areas are anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and working through attachment.
My focus
I work with clients across the lifespan, from children through older adults. I'm comfortable and skilled at meeting clients where they are and guiding them to where they'd like to be, addressing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, attachment issues, life transitions, and personal growth.
My approach
I believe each client deserves an individualized approach to therapy to cater to each individual's needs. However, most commonly, I rely on Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
