I’m Vicki. I help people who tend to overthink, stay busy, or try to manage everything on their own, and finally get some relief. My approach is down-to-earth and honest. In therapy, we slow things down, look at what’s really going on underneath, and find what actually helps you feel like yourself again.
My focus
I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are used to managing everything for everyone else and are ready to understand why they feel stuck or on edge. I help them slow down, make sense of their emotions, and build more balance and self-trust in their lives.

I draw from IFS, person-centered, and CBT methods to explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck while building tools that bring real relief.
