I believe therapy should feel like a space where you are truly seen, heard, and accepted as you are. Many people come to therapy without a clear label for what they’re feeling, just a sense that something isn’t quite right, and that’s okay. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can slow down and figure things out together.
