Hi there, I'm Kristi!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in PA, NJ, and DE. I offer a warm, collaborative approach grounded in empathy and authenticity. I support stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and religious trauma, and offer integration for psychedelic and non-ordinary experiences.

My focus

I work with those who feel deeply and are seeking support to quiet the inner chaos. I also offer integration support to those who have experienced expanded states of consciousness, including ketamine and other psychedelic experiences, spiritual awakenings, and anomalous phenomena.

My approach

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach, meeting you where you are. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and person-centered therapy with a holistic mind-body focus to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I’m warm and down to earth. I create a space where you can exhale, feel safe, and be fully yourself without judgment. You can expect empathy, honesty, and support, along with gentle challenges to help you grow and move forward.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through my own journey of healing and growth. Experiencing anxiety and depression firsthand deepened my belief that change is possible. I’m driven to create a space where others feel supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.

We set goals together based on what you want for your life. I help break things down into doable steps so change feels manageable, not overwhelming. We check in often, celebrate progress, and adjust as you grow.

The first session is a chance to connect and get a feel for working together. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and what support looks like for you. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
