I use an individual approach to process life's transitions. Growing up can be hard, and growing old is even harder.
My approach
I use CBT to help you identify and reshape negative thought patterns. We'll develop tools to take control of your thoughts and emotions with a positive outlook. I incorporate mindfulness and use reality therapy to emphasize the here and now, focusing on taking responsibility and controlling your current environment.
