My journey to mental healthcare

I've wanted to work in mental health since I was fourteen, when my own crisis showed me the need for more awareness and destigmatization. I began volunteering at fifteen and have dedicated my career to helping this underserved population ever since.

My goals for you

Setting goals is essential to our work together. I encourage you to create goals that are positive, personal, realistic, and specific. When goals matter to you and feel achievable, you'll find the motivation to reach them.

Our first session

I use a motivational interviewing approach, asking open-ended questions like "How would you like things to be different?" I listen reflectively to learn about your strengths and experiences. We'll discuss confidentiality, your expectations, and determine the best path forward together.
