Hi there, I'm Faith!

Life is full of waves of many kinds, and we should not have to ride them alone. In our work together, I will cultivate a space of hope and healing as I support you in being a kind friend to yourself and empower you to find your voice and strength within to navigate the many ups and downs in your life.

My focus

I currently focus on adults 18+ struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties (i.e., healing from relational trauma, moving forward from past relationships, singleness, and boundary setting), and parenting struggles (including navigating postpartum). And, while not certified, I do have training and experience treating OCD.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to collaboratively work with you on your journey towards mental health and overall well-being. I also incorporate psychoeducation to deepen understanding and will encourage skill building in and out of treatment. I do not assign homework, unless it is requested but I do suggest resources that may be beneficial.
