I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Your issues won't overwhelm me. There's no room for judgment here, and I won't tolerate you shaming yourself either.
My approach
My philosophy centers on expanding your self-awareness to create a peaceful, authentic life. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Adlerian, and Experiential approaches. I'll even incorporate Disney movies, Taylor Swift lyrics, or tarot cards if they help you connect and grow.
