My journey to mental healthcare

As an undergrad, I worked as a Peer Mentor by helping classmates/peers with coaching and encouragement. I became fascinated with the work of a therapist while watching programs that featured Mental Health Professionals: Frazier, Dr. Katz, and In Treatment.

As a Person-Centered Provider, I collaborate with each individual to achieve the goal they are striving for by asking questions and working to match my interventions with the individual's goals.
