I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background, including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.

My goal is to help clients discover their true potential and authenticity by providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, empowering space that displays my passion for my profession as well as helps clients to believe in themselves and reach their goals.

My approach

I like to approach therapy from a positive and holistic perspective. I think it is important to find balance in your life, and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person-centered approach, meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed, and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.

My communication style

I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. I'm here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also as someone who will challenge you and help you grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

I would say that the main reason I decided to become a therapist was that I knew what it was like to be misunderstood. To not feel seen or heard, and not have anyone invest the time to get to know me. My drive is my evolution. I constantly feel that I am developing into a better version of myself, and I'm curious to see where my drive leads me.

My goals for you

I assign homework in between sessions. This could include worksheets, journaling, and other exercises to help you better recognize the degree of concern and manage stress.

Our first session

In the initial session, we will begin with brief introductions and then discuss specific challenges that you are experiencing. This allows me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
