I typically work with adolescents ages 10-18 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or transitional life challenges. My clients do not need to possess any musical skills to participate in music therapy; a simple appreciation for the love of music is suitable for this modality.

I utilize a strength-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approach to counseling. Evidence-based strategies provide real-life skills to practice in day-to-day living with clinician support. By meeting teens where they are through music therapy, I build rapport easily and use their preferred medium in the therapeutic process.
