My journey to mental healthcare

I entered this field to help people navigate life's challenges and find meaningful paths forward. Supporting others through difficult times and witnessing their growth has been deeply rewarding.

My goals for you

I work to identify how their concerns first developed, what barriers there might be, and how we can reach goals in a constructive way. There's a reason why problems persist because there are many roadblocks, and we haven't found realistic alternatives. So we first try to understand that, and then work toward the goals.
