My purpose is to help clients achieve success in their lives, and patients have referred to my style as "candid and down-to-earth"

While I once believed in exactness and research of best clinical practice, through lived experience I have come to recognize the power of affirmation and validation that can come from a therapeutic relationship.

My goals for you

Whether or not goals are the focus of your therapeutic journey, I seek to help clients find their "why" in life and therapy. After that, the "how" is almost always easier.

Our first session

During our first session I like to establish some expectations for therapy and to answer any questions about the process you may have. Then, I like to turn the floor over to you to find out a little more about what brings you in and what you'd like to see change by starting therapy.
