I believe in providing a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach to assist clients to become more self-confident and self-fulfilling.

My focus

I believe that individuals are distinctive, and my goal is to assist individuals whose challenges appear impossible but are not. I believe individuals have the power to learn to love themselves, overcome challenges, and live life to the fullest.

My approach

I incorporate an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and a solution-focused therapy approach to counseling, treating individuals with compassion and unconditional positive regard. I have worked with a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.

I provide individuals with compassion and empathy, and assist them in finding happiness within themselves and their relationships with others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I help individuals adjust to challenges and life changes. I work with adolescents to cope with their challenges and daily decisions, addressing triggers and implementing positive coping skills. I enjoy seeing individuals become their best version of themselves during difficult times.
