As a client-centered, trauma-informed therapist, I incorporate a combined approach to assist you with your individual, relational, and spiritual challenges. My approach

I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist. I use a combined treatment approach that affirms you as a person and challenges you to become the person you were intended to be, personally, relationally, and vocationally.

My communication style

I listen a lot. Most of the ideas I use in session come from your thoughts. I am calm, patient, and affirming. I believe this is the environment where you are most likely to find solutions to your difficulties and find the courage to apply these solutions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always the guy people confided in. I went back to school later in life to learn how to truly help people with their difficulties. As I worked through my master's degree program, I developed particular interest in psychological trauma. I continue to broaden my horizons through education and personal growth so that I can better help you.

Our first session will include a lot of questions to help me to understand you and your needs. Expect a warm and non-judgmental approach that will help you to trust and encourage you to pursue your highest goals.
