I work with men, women, children, tweens, teens, and couples who want to stop living in the past and giving their joy away. I focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, self-worth, relationship issues, life transitions, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each patient I work with. I most frequently utilize integrative Eclectic, CBT, Client Centered, and Genogram.
