Therapy can be difficult, as we discuss vulnerable and sensitive events that may have happened in your life.

I believe that true healing starts with caring for your whole self. That’s why I intentionally integrate self-care and wellness into my therapy practice, helping you build not just coping skills, but a lifestyle that supports your emotional wellbeing. I work with clients of all ages who are navigating a variety of different challenges.

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.

I utilize Christian Counseling and an Eclectic approach (a combination of talk therapy and somatic/holistic practices). I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, with my most recent experience including college students and young adults.

My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
