I provide counseling in private practice and coordinate community outreach serving at-risk youths, families, individuals, couples, elderly, poor, imprisoned, homeless, disabled and indigent. I help people stop living in the past and reclaim their joy.

I work with men, women, children, tweens, teens, and couples who want to stop living in the past and giving their joy away. I focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, self-worth, relationship issues, life transitions, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each patient I work with. I most frequently utilize integrative Eclectic, CBT, Client Centered, and Genogram.

I would describe my communication style as creating a light, warm, empowering, empathetic, and authentic environment when working with clients.

I am an Empath who enjoys empowering souls to find their peace, their voice, to live resiliently, and know that they are worthy and deserving of happily ever afters, no matter their past traumas, trials, tribulations, obstacles, and circumstances.
