I work with young adults transitioning through life, adults experiencing depression or relationship issues, and older adults struggling with life's demands. I also work with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals stuck in self-harming behaviors. Whether you're working through trauma or experiencing panic attacks, we'll construct a plan for growth.
