I have been a therapist for a little over ten years. I am licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. My approach to therapy is rooted in reality.

I bring over 20 years of diverse experience, shaped by extensive training, interdisciplinary education, and a passion for helping others live empowered, fulfilling lives.

I believe in working with the client where they are and using tools that fit the needs of the client. I have worked with many different types of clientele. I have worked with children & teenagers, couples & families, and people with minor disabilities such as autism.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with adjusting to life changes, managing challenging behaviors and thoughts, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Our mind, body, and soul all work together to create who we are. It is important that we work to get each of these aspects of our lives healthy. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions specialist in North Carolina. I am also able to see clients in South Carolina and Delaware. I provide telehealth therapy for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the exhaustion that comes from carrying too much.
