I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor whose focus includes depression, anxiety, abuse, self-doubt, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach to therapy is eclectic and personalized—I tailor interventions and therapeutic models to fit your unique needs.

Many of my clients come seeking support for anxiety, depression, abuse, self-doubt, and low self-esteem, among others. I am most comfortable treating common mental health concerns such as depression, generalized anxiety, panic, trauma-related issues, and stress related to major life changes.
My approach
In my work, I take an eclectic approach, drawing from several evidence-based therapeutic models to best meet each client’s unique needs. Some of the approaches I most commonly use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approaches, Solution-Focused and Goal-Oriented Strategies.
