Hi there, I'm Tamara!
I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).
My focus
I intentionally specialize in personality disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, transpersonal (psychospiritual) and spiritually affirming care for non-Christian, polytheistic, earth-based or other spiritual beliefs. I also have a particular interest in working with psychotic disorders, including schizo spectrum and dissociative disorders.
My approach
My practice is intentionally limited to the following modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, Jungian Analytic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed individual treatment, and Transpersonal (Psychospiritual) therapy.
