Hi there, I'm Jason!

You have been managing but it is wearing you down—persistent anxiety, feelings of guilt and sadness, unwelcome memories, or a relationship that no longer feels like home. That is enough reason to be here. I am a licensed psychologist. I treat anxiety, depression, and the strain of major life change.

My focus

I have significant training to treat anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD. I've worked with a variety of cases from sexual survivors or combat veterans to cases of social anxiety or depression. I also have specialized training in adapting treatments to those with cognitive limitations or chronic illness, and working with caregivers.

My approach

Working with me is warm, structured, and aimed at genuine improvement. I have helped people get better. I care about my patients, and I feel a duty to help them improve. I take an eclectic approach drawing from multiple evidenced based therapies.
