I work with women who are on a journey of self-discovery. We explore their values, passions, and authentic selves. Through this process, they gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, identify limiting beliefs, and develop a greater sense of purpose and direction in their lives.

I use Narrative and Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic modalities to understand each individual's unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop personalized strategies for growth and well-being.

It's a space for open and honest dialogue, where you can relax, reflect, and explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
