Hi there, I'm Lisa!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges? I help clients facing challenges like anxiety, trauma symptoms, depression, and life transitions with compassion and an open mind. My goal is to help you reach your goals for living the life you want.

My focus

I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma symptoms, depression, and life transitions. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore your current challenges, personal background, and the coping strategies you’re already using. In our work together, we’ll clarify your goals for therapy and create a personalized plan to help you move forward.

My approach

I use an integrative approach to therapy to focus on your needs and personal goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I will work with you to build coping strategies and tools to help you better manage the challenges in your life.
