I currently provide therapy in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Vermont. My passion is helping others heal using evidence-based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence-based clinical modalities that fit your cultural and spiritual beliefs.
My focus
I work best with those who are motivated to learn how to be their best self and help you to regain control over your body and thoughts to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, generational blocks, and adjusting to life's changes. I also offer genetic and lab testing to create custom vitamins to support your overall health.
