I help women who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside, but feel anxious and overwhelmed on the inside. Whether you’re adjusting to college, motherhood, your career, or relationships, you don’t have to do this by yourself.

I work with young women navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the emotional overwhelm that can come with life changes.
My approach
Therapy with me is a supportive, non-judgmental space to feel understood and start feeling like you again. I integrate techniques from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Faith-Based Therapy.
