I work with adults and teens who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life. Many describe feeling stuck—like they're holding it all together for everyone else while quietly struggling inside. Others are navigating trauma, depression, grief, or identity questions. Therapy is about building both practical tools and fundamental shifts.
My approach
I don't believe in cookie-cutter therapy. I combine evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT with deeper, integrative approaches including mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and NLP. This way, we're not just talking about problems—we're actively creating solutions. Some days, therapy may look like learning practical coping skills you can use right away.
