My communication style is curious, collaborative, and supportive. I ask thoughtful questions to help you explore your experiences more deeply. Rather than telling you what to do, I offer options and perspectives so you can come to your own conclusions. My goal is to create a space that feels empowering, respectful, and open.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey as a Computer Science major focused on digital art, but I discovered my true passion was people. I’ve always loved understanding others and what shapes their stories. My own experiences with trauma and hardship inspired me to become the kind of support I once needed—and to help others find their own path forward.

My goals for you

I help clients set clear, realistic goals using the SMART framework so progress feels achievable and meaningful. We break larger goals into manageable steps and track growth along the way. If something isn’t working, we adjust. Therapy is flexible and collaborative—I’m here to support you as we find what truly works for you.

Our first session

In our first session, my focus is getting to know you—your story, your concerns, and what brings you in. Over the next few sessions, we continue building that understanding so I can truly grasp your needs. I move at a thoughtful pace and often remind clients that one session won’t undo years of discomfort—but it can be a meaningful start.
