I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to my clients. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance dependence, with a specialized focus on trauma.

My focus

I have experience working with individuals, teens and children. Each person is an individual, meaning we can meet one on one or a family member can also join. I have experience working with first responders and others that have been affected by trauma. No matter who you are, I will meet you where you are at in life and guide you towards you goals.
