My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I believe people can cultivate the life they want and navigate through difficult obstacles along the way as long as they have the right tools to do so. I find it rewarding to watch individuals grow in areas of their lives and manage their mental health in an effective way.

My goals for you

As a therapist, I assess my clients' needs and engage them in treatment planning based on their specific areas of weakness that are agreed upon by the client.

Our first session

During the first session, I start building rapport with clients by learning their immediate needs and motivation for beginning therapy.
