I primarily work with women navigating fertility, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum, and motherhood. I use various approaches that work for the individual client to help decrease common mood-related disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
My focus
I work with women, specifically mothers. Whether she's having difficulty trying to conceive, has experienced loss, is currently pregnant, or is in postpartum and dealing with the challenges of motherhood, she's found the right safe space. Grief and loss, anxiety, and depression are commonly seen in the work I do.
My approach
During our consultation and initial session, we evaluate you uniquely to identify the therapeutic approaches that best meet you. I've found that having the openness to pivot and implement new therapies when needed is essential. I lead with a self-compassion and cognitive approach, and we build upon that.
