Hi there, I'm Stefanie!

I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.

My focus

I work with patients needing care for their mental health, and clients from all different backgrounds. I work with clients of depression, anxiety, borderline, trauma, substance use, and grief.

I use CBT, DBT, and client-centered care to help you understand patterns, manage emotions, and build coping skills. Whether we're working through grief, crisis, or daily stress, I tailor our work to what matters most to you.

I create a calm, relaxing space where you can feel heard. My goal is to ensure you leave with practical coping tools and the support you need to move forward in life.

My ultimate goal is to serve individuals and families. I went to assist in being the voice and encouragement needed in life to provide a continuing positive quality of life.

In our first session, we'll complete an assessment together. This helps me understand your story, what you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and begin mapping out our work.
