I enjoy working with adults, Adolescents, and Couples dealing with life circumstances, including Alcohol and Other Drug Use, Depression, Anxiety, relationship issues, and Adjustment issues.

I believe in promoting self-awareness through encouragement and empowerment, acknowledging and recognizing individual strengths utilizing motivational interviewing to help you take the necessary steps to make changes with realistic goals, a strengths-based approach with identifying positive attributes that you already have.
