I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.
My focus
I am most comfortable working with clients who want something to change. It can be communication, depression, anxiety, relationships, career development, caregiver responsibilities, or even grief, but my primary goal is to help you reach the change that you want and to process what isn't working.
My approach
I use a lot of client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and, quite often, even use grief and bereavement therapy as it relates to loss of function, loss of expectations, loss of loved ones, and loss of a plan.
