My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental health began with my own healing. Like many, I’ve faced challenges that tested my strength, my identity, and my sense of purpose. Through those experiences, I discovered the transformative power of therapy, self-awareness, and compassionate support. I realized that healing is not linear; it's layered, personal, and courageous.

My goals for you

I provide Individual therapy and family therapy that is focused primarily on your specific needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Person Centered therapy, and Play therapy to assist each client with meeting their specific goal.

Our first session

Sometimes in life, we are hit with so many obstacles that we do not know what or where to go. My goal as a counselor is to assist you with what you need to jump of the hurdles that you may experience.
